You Moved Us

From Stephanie-

A blogging and writing friend posted this week about how excited she is that I am having a girl after three boys. This post made me laugh and cry and so very excited for what's to come. Girl Power: The Top 10 Things I Love About Having A Daughter by Married, With Tivo.

From Megan-

Katie at Roses Are Red, Violets are Violet writes beautiful, loving posts about her mother that make me want to cling much more tightly to my Mom. This week, Katie captures her mother's love and spirit in a post called, simply, Butterflies. I hope my children have such bright and soul-lifting reasons and ways to remember me when I'm gone, don't you?

From Veronica-

Every parent worries about their child getting bullied, and some of us also worry about our child becoming a bully. Gretchen's post at Mile High Mamas moved me by its honesty, and by the regret that can still be felt after all these years.

From Kelly-

Jeana at Days to Come is one of my favorite bloggers. She's smart, strong and hysterical. And guess what? Her kids are too, as you'll learn in this post, in which they tenderheartedly yet humorously deal with an injured baby dove. Stories like this always give me hope that my kids will turn out OK someday.

From Beck-

I thought "Mirror Image" by Aliki was the prettiest post of the week.

What moved you this week?

Ugh - what *didn't* move me? This week, they were all thought provoking and wonderful. Epitaphs, butterflies, bathing suits and bullying…oh my.

Wonderful, wonderful!
